Do I have to make an appointment to drop off my pet?

Yes. KHS is open 7 days a week 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Please call to set up a time to relinquish your animal. We make every attempt to accept animals as soon as possible but at times there may be a wait due to a full capacity.
